Scope

A CAT-B fit-out project at first floor within a commercial building with retail unit at ground and offices on upper three floors. The fire safety strategy for the fit-out design was to support the client’s unique space requirements and needs.  

Our responsibilities include:

  • Support client and design during feasibility, design and construction.

  • Develop a number of fire safety solutions for fit-out design options.

  • Develop a robust fire safety strategy addressing the proposed fit-out design.

Results

Trigon worked closely with the design team to meet the project specific goals. Delivering a detailed fit-out fire safety strategy report to support design team as well as Building Regulations approval process.
