THAT Group specialises in focusing on the art of a building and branding for real-estate. THAT Group are ambitious and one of their aims is to inspire the design sector within a range of sectors including retail, office, residential and mixed use.

Scope

Trigon collaborated with AHR architects to deliver a fire strategy for the proposed development of the Clifton Village project, a unique building in the heart of Clifton, Bristol. The building will include a range of mixed commercial including retail, office and restaurants/cafes.

Our responsibilities include:

• Develop a robust fire safety strategy addressing the range of uses within the building.

• Undertake detailed external fire spread calculations considering tenant flexibility.

• Develop a robust fire engineered solution for basement smoke ventilation as a consequence of the multiple uses within the basement.

Results

Trigon supported the client and design team through to detailed design. Working closely with the design team and client to create a robust fire strategy enabled the project specific goals and needs to be met.
