Various clients from developers, Approved Inspectors, Building Control Bodies and Local Planning Authority. It may be that a client wants a second and independent opinion regarding a specific design achieving the set objectives. An approval authority may want an expert peer review as part of a Building Regulations application process.

Scope

Trigon Fire Safety offer a range of third-party reviews, undertaken by competent Chartered Engineers registered with the Engineering Council by the Institution of Fire Engineers. We regularly undertake third-party reviews and provide expert opinion. This can include the following areas:

• Fire Statements developed to support planning applications (Planning Gateway One, The London Plan [March 2021])

• Fire safety strategy reports from concept to detailed design

• Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling

• Evacuation modelling

• Structural Fire Engineering assessments

Results
