Scope
Trigon was appointed to work with Buckley Grey Yeoman Architects, Opera, Cundall, HTS and CHP to reimage the 89,000sq ft iconic warehouse style building into a modern office in London, Farringdon.
Our responsibilities included:
Providing advice on refurbishment and extension options.
Supporting the design team from feasibility study, detailed and technical design.
Fire safety strategy to allow the use of timber to support overall sustainability drivers.
Results
Trigon worked closely with the client and design team to contribute to different design options during early design stages and develop a detailed fire safety strategy for the preferred option. The solution supports the key principles: Net Zero Carbon, Circular Economy, Health & Wellbeing, Social Value, Biodiversity and Wider Sustainability.
