Scope

Trigon was appointed to work for Rabobank and with a design team led by IDSR architects and Cushman & Wakefields to develop a fit-out fire safety strategy for Rabobank’s new UK Office at 60 London Wall. The goal was to reflect Rabobank’s brand and future vision, support new ways of working and meet the ambitious environmental targets.

Our responsibilities included:

  • Undertaking a review of the base build fire safety strategy design for 60 London Wall.

  • Developing a fit-out specific fire safety strategy report for the fit-out design proposal.

  • Liaise with a number of stakeholders including design team, Approving Authorities and Facility Management team.

Results

Trigon worked closely with design team members and client to successfully meet the project specific goals and achieve compliance with the Building Regulations.
