Scope
Trigon collaborated with V7, Quartz and Barr Gazetas to deliver an outline fire safety strategy for the refurbishment of an existing 1960s office building on Newman Street which aims to achieve best-in-class sustainability and Net Zero Carbon targets.
Our responsibilities included:
Set out applicable fire safety regulations and guidance for proposed refurbishment and extension works.
Support team with development of number of design options and setting out key fire safety implications for each.
Develop an outline fire safety strategy report including details of meeting The London Plan (March 2021) Policy D5, D12A and D12B.
Results
Trigon supported the client, architects and design team from early stage up to detailed planning application.
