Scope

Trigon worked in collaboration with Holland Harvey Architects on the sensitive refurbishment and extension of this Grade II listed hotel near Marble Arch, on the cusp of Park Lane. The project features Lilli by Akira Back, the hotel’s new signature restaurant, lounge and bar, and reimagines the communal areas, bedrooms and suites, spa and Grand Ballroom.

Our responsibilities included:

• Reviewing the fire safety strategy and for management plans of existing building and its operations and use.

• Working with the client, architect and design team to develop an outline and detailed fire safety strategy for the planned works.

• Support during approval process and liaison with Building Control as well as London Fire Brigade

Results

The fire safety strategy principles respect the historical features and architectural design and quality. Delivering a fire safety strategy and communicating fire safety to all stakeholders from design team members, hotel management and owner.
