Scope

Trigon was appointed to undertake a review of an entire portfolio in London consisting of 16 in-use and fully occupied commercial buildings. Our works included developing a project programme, providing project management tasks, scheduling key milestones like site visits, report deliverables, meetings with stakeholders etc.

Our responsibilities included:

• Undertake desktop reviews of existing building information including plans, fire risk assessments and fire safety management reports.

• Undertake non-intrusive familiarisation site visits and produce site reports.

• Develop a retrospective fire safety strategy for each building including set of marked-up plans indicating principles of fire compartmentation and fire doors.

Results

Trigon undertook a commercial building portfolio review to assist document fire safety provision in each building to support the client, their insurers, tenants and provide support for future works.
