Scope

Trigon was appointed to work with the design team to develop a detailed fire safety strategy for the entire Latitude Blue development. This is HUB’s second site in Leeds and a planning application was submitted In October 2021 for a mixed-use development, consisting of two high-rise towers (26 and 31 storeys) for circa 488 homes and ground floor amenity space, community facilities on ground, car parking and surrounding landscaping.

Our responsibilities for the entire fire safety strategy include:

●        Support design team during planning application process.

●        Provide a Fire Statement for Planning Gateway One.

●        Develop an outline fire safety strategy addressing project specific arrangements.

Results

Trigon worked closely with the design team and client to meet the project specific goals and requirements to achieve compliance with the Building Regulations and meet additional client’s requirements. Deliver an outline fire safety strategy as well as Fire Statement which is fully coordinated with the design team and to meet planning requirements.
