Scope

Trigon was appointed to work with the design team to develop a detailed fire safety strategy for the entire Latitude Purple development. This is HUB’s first site in Leeds and is a build to rent development, consisting of two high-rise towers linked with a podium for 463 homes.

Our responsibilities for the entire fire safety strategy include:

• Undertake a due diligence review of the previous proposed design.

• Put together a qualitative design review (QDR) report.

• Develop a robust fire safety strategy addressing project specific arrangements. 

Results

Trigon worked closely with the design team and client to meet the project specific goals and requirements to achieve compliance with the Building Regulations and meet additional client’s requirements.
