London Green Ltd is a property development and investment company focusing on high quality schemes throughout London and South East. London Green appointed Goldstein Heather Architects to develop on Elmfield in South London.

Scope

Trigon is working with Goldstein Heather Architects to deliver a new office building with an Art Deco inspired office and residences. The new development will consist of 19,000sq ft high quality office spaces and a total of 71 apartments with a shared single basement level.

Our responsibilities include:

●        Complying with standard fire safety guidance and outlining where enhancements may be possible.

●        Develop a robust fire safety strategy addressing mixed-use of office, residential and amenity space levels.

●        Outline fire safety measures to be considered at early stage to allow for maximum future flexibility of commercial space (e.g. possible tenancy split).

Results

Trigon has worked closely with the design team and client to meet the project specific goals. Our work included a robust outline fire safety strategy addressing key risks for mixed-used development and high-rise tower. Our fire safety strategy proposal includes unique enhancements to deliver a fire strategy addressing project specifics risks.
