Scope
Trigon was appointed to work with Squire & Partners on the refurbishment and extension of the existing No 14 St John’s Lane office building in London, Farringdon.
Our responsibilities included:
Providing advice on refurbishment and extension options.
Supporting the design team from feasibility study up to detailed design.
Developing the project specific strategy for basement smoke ventilation.
Results
Trigon worked closely with the client and design team to contribute to different design options and develop a detailed fire safety strategy for the preferred option. The solution presented sets out how the proposal meets the functional requirements of the Building Regulations.
